About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, closing sales deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
• Visit customers, present products/services, and conduct sales meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience (Fresh candidates may also apply depending on industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional).
• Own conveyance (if applicable).
