Position Title: School Nurse

Job Summary:

BGS is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of students and staff by providing professional nursing services and first aid care in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care for students and staff

• Administer medications and monitor students with chronic conditions

• Maintain accurate health records and immunization data

• Conduct regular health screenings (vision, hearing, etc.)

• Promote health education and hygiene awareness

• Liaise with parents, teachers, and health authorities regarding medical concerns

• Manage the school infirmary and medical supplies

• Ensure implementation of school health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Valid license/registration with [e.g., Pakistan Nursing Council or relevant body]

• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)

• 2+ years of experience in clinical or school-based nursing

• Strong communication and record-keeping skills

• Ability to handle children with care, patience, and professionalism
