About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, improving students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature according to the curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons.
- Assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, and activities.
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and academic reports.
- Communicate students’ progress with parents and management.
- Participate in academic meetings, training, and school activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- Teaching experience preferred (Fresh candidates may also apply).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools.
