💼 Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide academic, personal, and career counseling to students, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions. This role involves guiding students, conducting counseling sessions, and supporting their overall well-being.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic, personal, and social issues.
• Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and academic planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to address student concerns.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare counseling reports.
• Support students in crisis situations and provide appropriate referrals when needed.
• Monitor student progress and follow up when necessary.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in student counseling or academic support (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students.
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and ethical guidelines.
