Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR team in day-to-day human resources activities, employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

• Assist with employee queries and HR-related requests.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
