Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Achieve sales and account growth targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
