Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sports Coach to train, mentor, and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of sports techniques, and the ability to create a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training sessions and practice programs.
• Develop athletes' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Motivate and mentor players to improve performance.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment.
• Organize and supervise matches, competitions, and events.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or teaching sports.
• Relevant coaching certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
