About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sport Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, developing athletes' skills, promoting teamwork, and ensuring a safe and positive sporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions.
• Develop training programs tailored to participants' skill levels.
• Motivate and mentor athletes to achieve their goals.
• Monitor player performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Organize and supervise practices, competitions, and sporting events.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among participants.
• Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are safe and well-presented.

Skills & Experience

• Previous coaching experience in a relevant sport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Relevant coaching accreditation or certification.
• Working With Children Check (where applicable).
