About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to inspire, train, and develop athletes while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging training sessions, assess player performance, and support athletes in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions and practice activities.

• Develop individual and team performance improvement plans.

• Teach sport-specific skills, techniques, and game strategies.

• Motivate athletes and foster a positive team environment.

• Monitor player fitness, performance, and overall development.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

• Coordinate with parents, staff, and management regarding athlete progress.

• Prepare teams for competitions, tournaments, and sporting events.

• Maintain accurate training and performance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).

• Relevant coaching certification.

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

• Knowledge of sports safety and injury prevention.

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during competitions when required.
